Public Buildings Maintenance and Stores Supplier Engagement Event - Session 1
Doncaster Councils Public Building Maintenance Department and Stores are holding a supplier engagement event to develop their existing supplier base for upcoming tendering opportunities.
Procurement Presentation approx. 1 ½ hours
The session will begin with a presentation from the Procurement Category Managers providing information on why we go out to tender, how we publish the tender opportunities and what opportunities will be published over the next 18 months. The presentation will also include information on our procurement portal ProContract and our standard tender documents.
There will be an opportunity to ask procurement related questions after the presentation.
Questions and Answers approx. 1 hour
After the presentation there will be representatives from Public Buildings Maintenance and Stores available for one to one conversations about the upcoming tendering opportunities.
During this time you can register on the procurement portal ProContract if you are not already. We are also looking to hold additional training sessions on completing tender documents, but this is subject to requirement, please register your interest on the day.
