DCLT were looking for a local IT company who could manage all of their IT and provide expert ongoing support when needed. They put the contract up for tender and it was ACS who ticked all the boxes.
ACS were appointed on a 3-year contract with the option to extend for a further two years.
Kevin McEwen, ACS Managing Director said: “We are delighted to be working with DCLT to manage and improve their ICT solutions. As well as installing Office 365, we will be providing access to 24-hour support and server monitoring.”
