This webinar will be delivered by Frederika Roberts, The Happiness Speaker:

Most businesses are going through a challenging time with the outbreak of Covid-19. As we all take stock and do our best to adapt to the current circumstances, amongst all the busyness of keeping our businesses going, it’s easy to forget to look after our mental health and well-being. Those employing staff may want to support their employees’ well-being, but not know where to start.

In this webinar, you will learn some simple tools and practices from Positive Psychology and how you can apply these to everyday life and particularly during this time of crisis.
