- The techniques for managing time well, working under pressure and tight timescales
- A discussion on what is innovation, how to foster a culture of innovative thinking and ways of doing things

Attendees will work on individual and organisation action plans with suggestions of how and when actions can be implemented.

Who is leading it?
Bobby Singh (www.bsa-training.co.uk) specialises in the assessment, development and accreditation of people and organisations helping them to understand ‘where they are’, ‘where do they want to be’ and work with them to ‘get them there’.
Using a blended approach of executive coaching, training and consultancy, Bobby has worked with a range of Supervisors, Managers and Senior Executives on the appropriate skills to manage themselves, supervise their teams, solve problems and make those tough everyday decisions.
