  1. Roundabout Homeless Prevention Service – Opportunities for Landlords

Clare Owen – Private Rented Sector Worker (South Yorkshire)

Roundabout, a youth homeless charity based in Sheffield, supports young people aged 16 – 24 who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Private Rented Scheme is funded by Yorkshire Building Society and administered by End Youth Homelessness.

Clare will discuss how the charity can work with and the opportunities available to landlords to house suitable young people in private rented accommodation.

Tony Hart, Eco-Efficient Floors

Tony will explain the history of the EPC, how they are determined and how landlords can increase the rating of their property along with grants available to achieve this.
