This talk will focus on the importance of taking time to improve our overall mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. It will cover the effects of stress, including the physical symptoms, how do we know we are suffering from stress, or overwhelm and what can we do about it.
It will include the benefits of simple healthy self -care strategies to understand why we should make time for our self- care and how we can “fit” it in to a busy life.

Carole founded Wild Orange three years ago, to provide a confidential, safe and friendly service to anyone suffering from overwhelm, stress, or poor mental health or simply wishing to make changes in order to create better habits.
Carole runs 8 week mindfulness courses in the Doncaster area providing lifetime tools and techniques, leading to a calmer and more enjoyable life.
