Flexible workspace provider BizSpace has acquired a business centre in Doncaster for £2.6m.
Gresley House is made up of three floors of mixed serviced offices, with 12,800 sq ft of serviced office space available to let. It situated on the eastern side of Ten Pound Walk, which is accessed directly from White Rose Way.
BizSpace is investing £1m in the refurbishment of the office building to provide a new modern reception area, update the general office facilities and refit the ground floor as smaller workspace units.
The planned refurbishment of the ground floor will provide 25 new serviced and managed office units for businesses in the area.
The deal brings total number of BizSpace properties in Yorkshire up to 18.
