Jointly acting on behalf of Cartonplast UK Limited, the building consultancy and industrial teams at CBRE Leeds have acquired and negotiated a deal on a new warehouse unit for the company at Watervole Way in Doncaster.
Cartonplast has relocated from its previous premises at Shaw Lane Industrial Estate in Doncaster.
CBRE’s Industrial Agency team was appointed to acquire a new warehouse to meet future business expansion plans by Cartonplast, which specialises in the supply of layer pad pool systems for the container industries.
Working closely with the building consultancy, the team was able to identify a suitable property in the Doncaster area and ultimately negotiate a deal on a 44,564 sq ft unit at Watervole Way.

In addition, the CBRE Building Consultancy team provided a building survey report and assisted the client and their legal advisors on the deal agreement.
Watervole Way comprises a new-build industrial unit which will be sub-divided to allow Cartonplast to take occupation of part of the building. The property is a purpose built, modern business centre located just off of the M18, close to the A1(M) and M1.
