Blue Diamond STL, a family owned company based in Kirk Sandall, and a supplier of one of the largest ranges of construction consumables in the UK has celebrated a company milestone!
The company that sources, manufactures and supplies its customer base from its head office (50,000 sqft facility) - teamed up with IT specialists ACS, five years ago and since then both companies have gone from strength to strength.
Over the last five years, the ACS team has ensured all Blue Diamond STL employees are using Office365 and SharePoint, along with Microsoft Dynamic; a new CRM and customer service management tool, to ensure the company can manage all customers well, right across the globe.
ACS has also implemented and given training on the company’s telephony systems and have also assigned a dedicated-on site engineer for emergency call outs.
