Doncaster IT company, Dolphin ICT has been working with Don Valley Engineering to both rejuvenate their communication systems and slash their bills.
As part of the revamp, Dolphin ICT has connected Don Valley Engineering's two permanent sites and their satellite sites under one phone system, this means talking to each other is now easier than ever.
Even out of the office, Employees can have calls forwarded to their mobile phones if they are away from the office and can also use an app to communicate with their colleagues remotely, without having to be in the same building.
Russell Till, managing director of Dolphin ICT, said: "We are very proud of the project we've just completed with Don Valley Engineering, it is a huge company spanning across several sites. For all employees to be able to communicate seamlessly is a huge step forwards.
"Our talented team has updated their phone system from an old analogue style to a new VoIP system. This really brings the set up into the modern day and Don Valley Engineering now has a system which is at the forefront of what's available.
"We are very pleased to have been able to unify their communication, incorporating other offices and employees' mobile phones, while implementing the app which gives new levels of access and ease when trying to get in touch with colleagues.
