Doncaster's St Modwen Park nominated for Sheffield City Region property award

St Modwen Park in Doncaster has been nominated for a Sheffield City Region property award.

The 27 acre business park, which is located off Wheatley Hall Road, has been nominated for Outstanding Development of the Year.

The development has been supported by Business Doncaster and is home to businesses such as Robert Bosch Limited, Schenker Limited and Thornhill Engineering Limited.

The major property industry dinner in the Sheffield City Region is an annual event usually held in summer.

In the wake of the Coronavirus social distancing restrictions, the dinner has been rescheduled for The Ballroom at Sheffield City Hall on 9 September 2020.

Two new awards have been added to this year's dinner. In addition to the existing Property Personality of the Year and Property Deal awards categories for Outstanding Development and Design Excellence have also been introduced.

This year's esteemed judging panel were Lord Bob Kerslake, the former chief executive of Sheffield City Council and chair of the Board of Governors at Sheffield Hallam University, David Topham, chief executive of CTP, Rebecca Roffe, property partner at CMS and Nick Morgan, co-founder of Kollider Projects which oversaw the redevelopment of Castle House.

The companies nominated for Outstanding Development of the Year at the awards are:
