Feasibility study for Doncaster rail link calls for tender

Following the announcement last week for plans of a rail link at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, Doncaster Council, Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership along with Doncaster Sheffield Airport are inviting businesses to tender for the feasibility and business case study of a potential rail link from the East Coast Mainline.

The contract for the study is named ‘SCR International Gateway ECML Station Study’ and can be viewed on the Council’s ProContract Procurement portal. The contract will be awarded to the winning bidder through this competitive bidding process.
