Flexible workspace provider BizSpace has opened a new business centre in Doncaster.
The London-headquartered firm’s £2.6m Gresley House facility, located on the eastern side of Ten Pound Walk, comprises 12,800 sq ft of serviced office space across three floors.
BizSpace invested £1m in refurbishing the building to create a modern reception and update on-site facilities.
The project also saw the ground floor refitted into 25 smaller workspace units – a mix of serviced and managed offices geared towards entrepreneurs and small businesses.
BizSpace commercial director Emma Long said: “Gresley House is our first business centre in Doncaster and we are thrilled to have invested time and money into developing a modern business environment where local entrepreneurs and small businesses can thrive.
“We are looking forward to working closely with Business Doncaster and Sheffield City Region to nurture ambitious entrepreneurs and SMEs, helping them to evolve and grow.”
