Partnership homes developer Lovell has unveiled plans for a £30m waterside residential development in Doncaster.
The Leeds-based business will create 147 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes – nearly all for open market sale – on just under 5.6 hectares of land in a ocation at Doncaster Lakeside.
Situated two miles south-east of the town centre, Doncaster Lakeside's host of attractions include the Lakeside Village destination shopping complex and The Dome Leisure Centre. A number of the new homes will overlook the 50-acre lake.

Lovell is set to start preparatory work this year on the Doncaster Lakeside site before beginning construction work on the new homes in summer 2018. The first homes for sale are expected to be ready in 2019 with the overall development set to be completed in 2022.
