Recruitment business Pratap Partnership has appointed a new director.
Karen Caswell has more than 20 years' experience of working in the finance and professional support sectors in the Yorkshire market.
She is the latest director to join Pratap Partnership, following on from the appointment of Joe Ingham earlier this year.
Nik Pratap, managing partner at Pratap Partnership, said: "We could not be more delighted in welcoming Karen to our business and back into our team. Fantastic news for Pratap Partnership and for all of our clients.
"Between 2014 and 2019 Karen worked with the majority of our team and we could not be more delighted to have her join us again. I worked closely with Karen on many recruitment campaigns and in managing relationships with some of our most important clients.
"When we announced the arrival of Joe Ingham in January, I stated that 'our growth strategy is to strengthen the team with people we know very well and operate to the very highest of standards'. Nobody could tick these two boxes more emphatically than Karen.
"She joins us at a challenging time for many candidates and clients. She is a key part in helping to ensure that we maintain the standards we have set in the first year and expand our horizons further."
Doncaster-based Pratap Partnership was launched in 2019 by Nik Pratap, Nicola Worrow, Gillian McBride and Elise Walsh, who previously worked together at three separate businesses. It specialises in all aspects of accountancy and finance recruitment across the private and practice sectors.
