St. Modwen completes third phase of development at popular scheme

St. Modwen has completed more than 108,000 sq ft of additional industrial and logistics space at its 27-acre employment scheme known as St. Modwen Park Doncaster in South Yorkshire.

The developer has completed three speculative warehouse units of 21,614, 34,464 and 53,072 sq ft at the scheme. The new units provide flexible and high-quality industrial and logistics space for businesses looking to expand or relocate in South Yorkshire.

Strategically located on one of the main arterial routes into Doncaster, the site is in close proximity to the town centre and nearby M18, with the scheme just eight miles from Doncaster Sheffield Airport. Existing tenants include Thornhill Engineering, DB Schenker and Bosch Automotive, occupying more than 136,000 sq ft between them over the first two phases.
