Doncaster based companies, Dapatchi Group and Newton Property Maintenance (NPM) have merged after successfully working together over the last few years. This merger is evidence of how working in partnership can lead to the best outcomes for all involved.
Dapatchi Group are a national property developer with in-house design and contracting teams. They offer total property solutions across all sectors with a specialist skillset in commercial to residential redevelopment. Dapatchi Group operate with a vision of breathing new life into old and unloved buildings, turning unused spaces into modern and luxurious housing and adding value to the communities they work in. Dapatchi deliver projects across the UK for national blue-chip clients, in addition to completing their own developments. This year will see Dapatchi deliver 239 new homes and work in over 20 towns around the country.
NPM likewise offer a wide range of services including maintenance, repairs and installation works for domestic, commercial and residential landlord clients. With a large team of skilled workers spanning multiple trades, NPM have grown a reputation for delivering excellent results and pride themselves on offering their clients a full package of services.
Having worked with each other in various capacities, the two companies realised what they had in common. Both companies are structured to offer a comprehensive range of property solutions and have skilled workers in most trades. Both companies pride themselves on offering a bespoke service to their clients, with a flexible and results driven approach. Both companies also believe strongly in offering a first-class service without the first-class price tag.
These foundations of similarity have led to a positive working relationship where Dapatchi have used NPM as a contractor to deliver projects. With a focus on creating win-win business, Dapatchi Group have formed a merger deal to incorporate the NPM team within the Dapatchi Construction team.
Dan Pattrick, Founder and Managing Director of Dapatchi Group said: “The NPM team bring with them decades of experience and a wide range of skills. We are excited to have them joining Dapatchi and we are looking forward to what the future brings. We aim to be an employer of choice where our staff feel valued and part of the team, so we are pleased to see our staff team grow with the addition of more local tradespeople.”
“Our main motivation at Dapatchi is to add value to everything we are involved with. Whether that is our developments, our clients, our people or the communities we work in. We are always looking for ways to add value and for opportunities to create win-win business. As a local man, I am very proud to have a large team of local people working across the UK. Working in partnership with NPM felt like the right thing to do and it will increase our capacity to add value and serve more people.”
Dapatchi already had a team of around 60 staff and will see that number swell to approximately 80 with the merger. All of the Dapatchi team are from Doncaster and surrounding areas, meaning that the company creates valuable sources of income and generates business for the Doncaster area.
