Doncaster Council is on the lookout for a catering partner for the cafe and eatery in the exciting Danum Gallery, Library and Museum.
This unique building in the heart of Doncaster’s Civic and Cultural Quarter will attract thousands of visitors and will make a superb location for a new cafe.
A special event is being organised to share more information on this wonderful business opportunity. It will enable interested people to find out more, ask questions and learn how to take part in the tender process.
The event will take place on Tuesday 18 February 2020 at 3.30pm in the council’s Civic Office, Waterdale DN1 3BU.
The event is strictly by registration only.
People should contact email@example.com to register their interest in attending.
Cllr Bill Mordue, Cabinet Member for Business, Skills and Economic Development, said:
“We have a great opportunity for a local catering contractor to provide a top quality cafe and eatery which meets our aspirations for this wonderful new town centre attraction, learning hub and community asset.
“Danum Gallery, Library and Museum will open its doors in the summer and will showcase the rich and varied history of Doncaster as well as being a place of learning, whilst also providing local entrepreneurs access to business start-up space. This offers an experienced caterer, with a similar vision, the opportunity to develop a very rewarding business which enhances the appeal of the building as a place people must visit.”
