What kind of school do you want to work at?

Imagine a school where…the work you do with students is authentic, purposeful and has a positive impact on the world. Where you and your colleagues guide students through academically rigorous, cross-subject learning expeditions and create authentic physical and digital products, events and new knowledge which prepares them for university, career and life readiness.

In the four years XP School has operated, they have never used a cover teacher and they don’t ever intend to – the staff morale is very high and the teachers just love going to work.

The teacher chooses what to teach and when and by working together a curriculum is developed with many opportunities to lead the development of the school within a flat leadership structure.

As a result, the pupils love going to school and make outstanding academic progress across all groups, including the most able.

Sound too good to be true? XP School are currently recruiting to fill two growing schools, XP and XP East, so what are you waiting for? Apply and see for yourself.

The school is actively looking for teachers who can teach the following subjects:

  • ART
  • ENGLISH
  • MATHS
  • SCIENCE

However, teachers of other subjects will be considered with ANY LEVEL of experience.

Interviews for potential applicants will take place w/c 19th February 2018 - if you want to be considered please ensure your application is submitted by 12 noon, Monday 12th February 2018.
